"Hm...?" Ah. Well that wasn't the kind of hell he had been talking about. The ones he'd been taught about were tortuous places to work off bad karma, not simply the realities one would have to live with. In some ways he'd always wondered if the eight hells were a better place, just because there was a guaranteed light at the end of the tunnel.

"How overdramatic..." He breathes it out softly, but it's hard to tell if his tone is bored or exasperated. But despite the softness, when Leviathan reached out for the metal pole, Eiichi stepped after them; grabbing them by the collar of their shirt only so he could get a look at their eyes closer, for any signs of dizziness or vertigo. But it didn't seem like it was anything too bad, other than whatever the hell else was wrong with their eye.

"I don't care about whatever a 'meta-human' is..." Well, they were human, probably, and somehow exceptional or superhuman, but it didn't really matter either way. At least, if they haven't batted him away for being a weirdo, he lets go of them now. "That sort of thing is just normal in a society, isn't it? People that are too poor, or too young, see things too differently--" he thinks about Tamamori's desperate fear of being committed to an institution, and the side of his mouth twitches just for a moment "--even people that only threaten the status quo... They all just get swept up with the rest of the garbage. It's not exactly Hell if it's the norm, is it? Then it's just life." He didn't sound very happy about his own assessment, but he didn't sound happy about anything to be fair. "At least in Hell you can work off your sins."
