They look down while shaking their head, and they might be starting to feel more comfortable around Ena. It's nice to have someone who gets it. "I've spent so much of my life since I realized I was a meta-human trying to convince people that it's normal, that it doesn't make me any different, that I," and here's where they smile but without it reaching their eyes, "That I didn't choose to be this way."

But despite it all, they're not making themself anxious or upset about it—it's coming out matter-of-fact, or it is by the next thing they say. "I wish more people understood it like you. Do you have someone who helped you see it that way, or are you just naturally pretty cool?"
