The Isonade tribe, specifically was smuggling goods in from the Wasteland from an unknown supplier to an unknown buyer. This was specific to their operation, however, and no other goods from the Wasteland have appeared.
BUT if Hizen and other Shutens sniff a connection between what the Isonade were doing and what Iron Bear is doing, they are 100% on the right track. FOR NOW, this will not turn up any new leads, but it IS a path to investigate, and we'll develop more on this after the app cycle!
