[ presidential alert... the gaaannnggggs are fighting! because that sure is a fight going on over there. but instead of actually getting involved, those not taken in by the rough housing and violence might spot a white haired guy crouched on the outskirts of the fighting, just watching.

he's positioned in a way that suggests he did the math while looking for somewhere to observe -- close enough to the action that he can get a great view, but just far enough and secluded enough that he's unlikely to take a stray fist, or weapon to the jaw along the way. when he spots someone else in the area not fighting, he makes a "come here" motion with his hand. ]

Wanna make this fun? My money's on that scrappy looking guy over there. Look at him go. Gotta love an underdog story, right?

[ why he's trying to make a bet when he's got nothing on him by the clothes on his back, who knows. but that does seem to be what he's doing. want to take him up on it? ]

[ crow is leaning against the wall near to the entrance, just watching the desperate promoters trying to grab anyone -- literally anyone, apparently, is that yodelling in the background? maybe it is -- to fill the gaps in their schedule. it'd be kinda funny, if they weren't clearly at their wits end over here. ]

So... some girl got kidnapped? [ he pulls a face, mouth twisting slightly. ] Poor kid. I'd offer to lend them a hand, but backing guitar ain't exactly exciting without something to back, y'know?

[ ... he's talking quietly enough to avoid any of the promoter's ears catching the word "guitar", but given the fact a couple glance over he might not have been too successful. ]

[ there's a "cat" on the floor in front of crow. it's hissing at him, a low and angry rolling sound.

from where he's sat, crow just looks amused. ]
