( it's hard to know whether his dismay is about the watch being swiped so easily, or whether it's the fact that it's hard for him to tell if he allowed it or not--there's a strange faltering of his mouth, almost like it wants to frown, but he tries not to focus on it. being in a strange place has likely just messed with his ability to recycle his energy; infinity should have stopped the cat before it had a chance to even get the watch at all.
